What this policy covers

This privacy policy explains how Blossom AI Ltd (“Blossom”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on blossom.town— our marketing site. The Blossom product app, when launched, will have its own privacy policy presented at sign-up.

Information we collect

On this site we collect:

• Anonymous usage data— pages visited, referrer, country-level location, and browser/device family, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Voluntary contact details— if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not collect names, account credentials, payment information, or any other directly identifying data through this site unless you provide it voluntarily.

How we use information

We use the information above to understand how people find Blossom and what content lands, to reply to email enquiries and add interested visitors to our early-access list, and to improve the marketing site over time.

We will never use information collected on this site to train AI models. When the Blossom product app launches, it will commit, in writing, to never using customer data for model training.

Information sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We may share data with service providers (analytics, email, hosting) under written confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

Protection & retention

Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. We retain anonymous analytics for up to 26 months. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then archived or deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to, and port the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@blossom.town. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookies

The marketing site uses no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. If we add analytics cookies, we’ll do so in line with PECR consent requirements.

Changes to this policy

We’ll post material changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
